The scientific programme of the summit will be held at AU Conference Center, right next to the beautiful surroundings of Aarhus University Campus.
The lecture hall (Stakladen) is situated on the ground floor of the conference center, as too is the registration desk. Stakladen has since 1964 been part of Student House Aarhus, and today both Stakladen and the surrounding facilities (meeting/class rooms, auditorium, outdoor facilities, the Student Bar etc.) create the setting for various activities for both university staff and students.

The dinner and the evening programme will take place in the centre of Aarhus City at the Centralværkstedet. Here you will enjoy a three course dinner and musical entertainment in the company of your fellow summit participants.
