On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our distinct pleasure to invite your institution, faculty members, researchers, and undergraduate medical students to participate in the International Medical Student Research Conference 2026 (IMRC2026), which will be held on 5–6 December 2026 at Phramongkutklao College of Medicine, Bangkok, Thailand.
To promote greater international accessibility and participation, IMRC2026 will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either onsite in Bangkok or online from anywhere in the world.
The conference is organized by Phramongkutklao College of Medicine (PCM) in collaboration with the Phramongkutklao College of Medicine Foundation under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and the Consortium of Thai Medical Schools (COTMES).
Since its inception in 2020, IMRC has grown steadily into one of Southeast Asia's leading international conferences dedicated to undergraduate medical research. Now in its seventh edition, IMRC provides a global platform for future physician-scientists to present their research, exchange scientific knowledge, strengthen research competencies, and establish international academic collaborations. In 2025, IMRC welcomed more than 300 research abstracts from over 120 institutions representing more than 20 countries, reflecting its growing international recognition and commitment to advancing undergraduate medical research.
The theme of IMRC2026 is: "Bridging Health Boundaries: One Health, One World, One Future."
This theme highlights the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and global partnerships in addressing today's healthcare challenges and shaping the future of medicine.
The scientific competition consists of the following six research tracks:
