NorDoc Summer School 2025: Readiness and sustainability in research

The NorDoc network (Nordic Doctoral Training in Health Sciences) is arranging its annual NorDoc Summer School which takes place on 10-12 August 2025 in Oslo, Norway. The theme is "Readiness and sustainability in research". Learn more about the summer school.
The Graduate School of Health recommends our PhD students to participate in this event with presentations of their research project. This is a great opportunity to disseminate your findings to a greater audience and acquire experience in presentations for colleagues at research conferences and seminars.
The Graduate School of Health therefore offers 10 grants of 5,000 DKK to PhD students for participation in the NorDoc Summer School. The grant should be used for travel and accommodation expenses and registration fee.
Grant criteria
- Registration for the NorDoc Summer School by 1 June 2025 - register here
- Participation in the summer school from start to end
Mandatory enclosures
- A recommendation from your main supervisor
- A budget for eligible expenses (travel and accommodation expenses and registration fee)
- Documentation that you have registered with an abstract/presentation for the NorDoc Summer School
Applications for travel grants should be submitted to graduateschoolhealth@au.dk no later than 1 July 2025. There are no formal requirements to application and enclosures.
