Christian Vinther, Investment Director at Founderment:

Christian is an early-stage investor with the venture fund Founderment. Before that, he was involved in several startups, one of them the medical device company Qvin, trying to improve women's health. He has a master's degree in Innovation Management from Aarhus University.

Henrik Sigaard Knoth, Business Leader for Personalised Healthcare & Value-based Healthcare, Roche:

Henrik Sigaard Knoth holds a Master of Pharmaceutical Science from Copenhagen University, Denmark. During his career he has worked in global leadership positions within clinical research and development besides leadership positions within medical and marketing, both within the pharma and medtech industry.    

He is currently leading personalised and value-based healthcare in Roche Denmark focusing on providing patient access to new innovation personalised medicine. A key focus of his current work is better use of health data in Denmark and how to realize data driven healthcare in Denmark and hereby improve the value for patients, the healthcare system and the society. Henrik is a member of the National Partnership for Health Data and Roche is a co-founder of the public-private partnership OSCAR with the aim to develop an infrastructure and secure data platform and one-stop shop for public and private clinical research.

Vera Ehrenstein, Research professor for post-marketing studies of medicines, Clinical Epidemiology, Aarhus University:

Vera Ehrenstein holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and a Doctoral Degree of Science in Epidemiology, both degrees from Boston University School of Public Health, USA.

Vera is currently working as a Professor for postmarketing studies at the Department of Clinical Epidemiology, Aarhus University and as Coordinating principal investigator of several multinational postmarketing studies. Her areas of work: drug use in pregnancy, oncology, skeletal medicine, vaccine safety. Additionally, she acts as Associate Editor-in-Chief of Clinical Epidemiology, an online peer-reviewed journal, is a contributor to the Guidelines for postmarketing research by the European Network for Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance (ENCePP) and Member of Executive Committee of the SIGMA Consortium for multinational phase IV studies.

Frederik Grell Nørgaard, Head of Clinical Trials Unit, Danish Medices Agency:

Frederik is a trained pharmacist and has been working with clinical trials at the Danish Medicines Agency (DKMA) since 2017. In recent years as project manager with responsibility to drive the development of new national and European guidance’s. Among others, he has been heavily involved in the development of the Q&A about the In-Vitro Diagnostics Regulation (IVDR) and Clinical Trials Regulations (CTR) interface and the DKMA guidance for decentralised trials (DCT). Frederik is responsible for the DKMA DCT dialogue forum and is currently working on the EU guidance for decentralised trials. Frederik’s role at the DKMA is now interim Head of the Clinical Trials Unit.
