Welcome to the Graduate School of Health course proposal site. We will send you an e-mail with a link to this site when we begin the planning of the course portfolio for the coming year.

What course info do I need to provide?

We kindly ask you as course responsible to provide information on your PhD course(s) by filling in the cells below with the required information. Additionally, you are asked to fill in and upload two forms:

a budget form
NB! Two versions - for regular courses or residential courses
a course description

Use only the templates in the right sidebar and upload in the original file format.
We do not accept old template versions.

Funding is not guaranteed if courses are submitted ad hoc.

Please fill in the cells in one take, as you cannot submit information partly.

1 ECTS credit equals 25 working hours.

Course hours that can be included in the calculation of ECTS credits are all specifically defined course activities such as lectures, practical exercises, group work, obligatory homework and exams. These hours must be stated in the form to the left.

General preparation such as reading of background literature or protocols is included in the ECTS calculation as a preparation factor of 1.5 to each hour spent on specifically defined course activities. Therefore, these hours are not to be included in the form to the left.
