Welcome to the Graduate School of Health course proposal site. Once the course administrators commence their planning of the course portfolio for the coming year, they will send you an e-mail with a link to this site.

What course info do I need to provide?

We kindly ask you as course responsible to provide information on your PhD course(s) by filling in the cells below with the required information. Additionally, you are asked to fill in and upload two forms:

a budget form
NB! Two versions - for regular courses or residential courses
a course description

Use only the templates in the right sidebar and upload in the original file format.
We do not accept old template versions.
